Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom and made-to-order items (embroidered hoodies, debossed leather patches) may take 5-7 business days for production.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping (US): $8.00 — 3-5 business days after fulfillment
• Free Shipping: Orders over $70
• Express Shipping (US): $15.00 — 1-2 business days after fulfillment

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — check back this fall.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Email shop@squatchnco.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to redirect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds for theft. We'll work with you to file a carrier claim if needed.
