Return Window
30 days from delivery. We'll take it back if it doesn't feel right.
Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free from damage, stains, smoke, or pet hair
How to Return
- Email shop@squatchnco.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send a return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours
- Package the item securely with original packaging when possible
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Exchanges
For a different size or color, return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged by customer wear or care mistakes
- Items returned after 30 days
- Final sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.
