- Weight-based USPS Ground Advantage — most U.S. orders ship $5.50–$12.50
- 0–8 oz: $5.50 | 8–16 oz: $7.50 | 16–32 oz: $9.50 | 32+ oz: $12.50 — all USPS Ground Advantage
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed before noon Central generally ship same day
- Canada: weight-based USPS International — $18 to $32 depending on cart weight, 5–10 business days
- Outside North America: not yet — sign up for notifications and we'll let you know when we open it
Returns
- 30 days, no questions asked. Doesn't fit? Doesn't feel right? Send it back.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
- U.S. returns: we pay return shipping
- Refunds processed within 3 business days of receiving your return

If something's wrong
If a Squatch & Co. piece arrives damaged or fails inside the first 90 days because of how we made it — a seam coming apart, hardware giving out, anything that's on us — email us a photo and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. No fine print.
Damaged in transit
If your package shows up looking like a bear got at it, take a photo before you open it and email us. We'll get a replacement out the door same day.
